It should work as long as it is in the proper place(Main header, Main Footer, Global Header, Global Footer).

If codes need to be before others, it will normally say so in the code.
And it always specifies which header/footer to put it in.

So Is it that simple, just copy the Global Header in the global Header spots and Main header in the main header spot ETC.? I'm A Total Noob and Want to Put a Skin in my Proboard but it never works...

Yes, but sometimes there's editing you must do to the code. Usually in the post of the code it will say. Also, if it's and old code it might not work, or if coding conflicts due to bad coding of the writer. Hope this helps

Also, when you place the code, it doesn't always work the first time. First, check and make sure you placed it in the right place. Basic Overview: Main Headers : Main page, top of the site. Main Footers : Main page, bottom of the site. Global Headers : All pages, top of the site. Main Footers : All pages, bottom of the site. Bottom of the site is usually like... news fader and down. Everything else is top of the site. Also, if it is in the right place, you might want to place the code in the top of the place it's supposed to go. The browser reads everything in order and sometimes if it's first, it helps. If neither of these steps works, you can easily get code request at most code request boards and the thread you got the code in
