I was wondering on how to make one of those dynamic menu bars. Firstly, what type of code would it require? Javascript? HTML? Secondly, what is the code that would be used to make something hide/show and when it does, the hide/show button changes to the opposite. (when it's open, then button says "Hide") Thirdly, how to I get a pm bar to show dirrectly underneath the menu buttons? I'm looking for the code PORTIONS that would best do these things. I am mainly looking for a little practice, and pm bars/tables/info centers are very fun to edit and change around. ---CrAzY~~

Yea, I meant a dymanic Pm bar *connected* to the menu bar Thanks for the info, but I need more stuff. I'm looking to sort of... disect codes so I can figure out why they do what they do. (coding tutorials are ANNOYING@!@!!) I've edited several codes and I know some basic stuff, but I wanna learn stuff like drop downs and how to make them work.

Well, if you didn't know if dynamic pm bars were JS or html, they may be a bit over your head crazy. Try checking out the JS tut on this site.

There are many different methods. this method being ym favourite.
<a href="#" onclick="this.innerHTML = (this.innerHTML == 'Hide') ? 'Show' : 'Hide'; var hiderow = document.getElementById('hiderow'); hiderow.style.display = (hiderow.style.display == 'none') ? '' : 'none'; return false;">Show</a>
and then the content having an ID of "hiderow"

So if I put that code portion into a table code, I would have to rename the table ID 'hiderow'?
Also, from that, what would I change if I wanted to make the "hide" text have a picture instead?

well to have images, you'd just replace the corresponding text with
<img src="your image" border="0" />
