I've never tried it myself, but Chris from studio zero has made a few for proboards. You could go over there and check the greasemonkey database, and see how its done.

Well, I did, and I used one, but it doesn't show the script, just an install link.

When clicking to install, you can click "View Source" That shows you the code

It's a FireFox add-on that allows you to install scripts for your own personal use.
