Post it on the forum with [img][/img] tags so we can see if there are any white edges. Also, if you have the link to the original, that would make it easier for me to rate it. I can't see too well on this monitor anyways. xD

Okay, I fixed it. (it might have white edges around it if you're using IE)

Not bad for your first. The stock choice wasn't very good because of the size/quality and the position the girl is in. Next time, try to find a really big stock. It might take longer, but it will be high quality. 7/10 Lets see you do another. ;D

I'm going to go for another. (I would have done another, but the only legal pictures from that movie that can be used are on the main website or something like that, so I had to get it from there) EDIT: These are the best photos I could find for it.

Don't quote me on this, but I believe anything that's public domain is free to render. (CD artwork, video games, movies, etc. Basically anything on google, unless it's fanart or is clearly copyrighted.

Many sites that display images do require them to put a copyright if they don't want people using the image...so yeah...I'm agreeing with you.

DeviantART is a place you CANNOT render from. Anything that is specifically copyrighted/not inteded for public use...should NOT be rendered.
Anyway... the cut is decent, but you should use wallpapers, rather than small images like that. Yes, they do take longer to render, but it's worth it because more people will be able to use it in many more different types of images. You should also try to learn extraction techniques, so that you can take out the stuff in the bg that's mixed in w/ her hair (hair is very tough...I'll warn you now =P).

(I noticed. ) Do you perhaps know of any good extraction techniques that I could look into for that.

It does, I'm going to have to bookmark that. I didn't fully understand it, of course, I'm sure that I'll get it after more reading. Thank you so much for showing me that.

I've noticed that. I tried PR, but they still haven't accepted me to let me post.
