I don't think there is a way to get it to go away fast. When I had it on my arms it took a month and a half to get rid of it. It was very annoying. Just try to keep it dry and keep putting anti-itch stuff on it. Remember, SCRATCHING IT MAKES IT SPREAD!

Maybe you could pour some rubbing alcohol or vodka on the infected area? That's the only real home-remedy I've heard of for poison ivy. Oh, avoid getting it in open cuts and be prepared to wash it off QUICK if it burns like hell. Also, I know that if you eat something hot (like downing a "shot" of wasabi sauce in my case... ) drinking milk helps neutralize it. Maybe it might have a similar effect with poison ivy? (fyi: It took 4 glasses of milk to stop the insane burning of the wasabi crap, so this might not work..)

think im just gonna try paint thinner, i searched on google and it seems that paint thinner will kill it instantly but it takes 2-3 days for the rash to dry and flake off...
