Ok, so I have a couple questions. First off, is there something I could use other than Paint Shop Pro? I mean, like it said that cost about 70 dollars!!! Is there something free that you could recommend to me? And free meaning accurate, no downloading, no paying anything, just make an account and make pic's! Second off, I'm a little confused on template making. I've read the tutorial and I still don't really understand it all that well... I know color codes and everything. Just like, (( This may be a little hard to make for my first template )) but I want a template like the one on this site! Not this template, but you know what I mean. Like a futuristic looking template. Thanks! ;D

Well for your first question, sorry no! Second, u need LOTS of experience to start even making a skin like this, NO one starts amazing, I'm guessing you're new to PB and u never saw v1's of most active forums on pb... So my suggestion no need to start WOW! just start like shit and ull get there sooner or later and read LOTS of tutorials for skins and such..

Roger is right, there isn't any free graphics software online, you have to download it. The GIMP is the best free graphics program though. As far as creating a skin like this goes, it takes practice. Try reading tutorials and learning how to use your program. It takes time, but it is very rewarding when you finally make something you are proud of.

Awesome! I'll get Gimp... Is it good to download though? Meaning like what happens to my computer when I download it? Like what happens... (I don't really know how else to say that...) Thanks!

When you download it, you just open it and go through the installation window it brings up.

Ok, thanks! But is it possible you could give me the URL to where I download it? Like the place where I press "Download"?
I'm really stupid... lol!
Thanks! ;D

Haha. Just try messing around with it and figuring out how everything works, where things are located, and what their names are. Then tutorials will be easier to follow.

Practice makes perfect. I recommend learning to make the simple elements of skins first, such as orbs, rounded shapes, gradients, and gloss.
