I recently dowmloaded it and followed the instructions down to the T, but since im a n00b at sites and forums I somehow messed up in the mix of everything. lofoz.proboards75.com/index.cgiWhat I wanted was it to look exactly like the Imperial Green, instead the boards are way too far from each other and the background image won't load. If you can help it would be appreciated.

You need to add the forum colors to the board. Go to the admin panel and click on skins and forum colors. Then click modify skin. Choose your default skin and add in the colors.

Find this code
<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript"> /* Created by Hechizero Dividing Categories with Option to Add Head and Base Images v1.0 B - Edited to make it work with PBv4 This code may not redistributed without the express permission from its creator. This header must stay intact at all times. */
and find this line
var CategoriesSettings=['yes','http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/3195/headcopy0my.gif','yes','http://img95.imageshack.us/img95/9255/basecopy3ki.gif','40px'];
Change the 40 at the end to a smaller number to decrease the size. Also, for future reference this belongs in Graphics chat or code requests.

please don't post for no reason, because your just likely to get the thread locked, If it happens again, I'll get your post count modified.
